It was a well-suited match for a brief hiatus in Albufeira with reasonable value. The poolside restaurant was great, especially the tasty strawberry daiquiri. Try to bring your own kettle for hot drinks since they don't provide one.

Even on polite request would not give a pool facing room without charging. Since the hotel was not busy I would have expected different

The hotel is clean with excellent services and reasonably priced food. The rooms are spotless with exceptionally comfortable beds and safe. The location is lovely, 2 km from Marina de Albufeira. The piano bar is nice, thoroughly enjoyed this place.

Ideal for a relaxing escape
The hotel had a lovely pool area,, where we spent most of our days soaking up the sun and enjoying amazing cocktails. One night,, we had a fantastic dinner at the pool bar with friendly staff.
It wasn't exactly a bargain,, but given the overall experience, it was still acceptable.

Good morning to you ,no one made any effort to help with luggage, breakfast buffett not up to scratch,in general the quality of food both breakfast and evening dinner left alot to be desired,it certainly is not 4 star quisine,I have had much better in 2 star accommodation, our rooms were excellent and well cared for, snacks at poolside way over priced for what you got,run on a very military style regime, felt the staff would like to be friendly but not allowed to be themselfs, the nicest people in the hotel were the cleaning staff always a smile and friendly word for you,Thank you fortaking the time to ask for our opinion, Regards Sean O Leary

Nice Hotel, very comfortable. Well run and very helpful staff. Have already recommended your Hotel to friends. Courtesy Bus a good bonus. Thanks
Would have liked a little more fruit at breakfast and different breads otherwise no complaints.

Despite the nice pool area, I experienced some inconsistency with housekeeping. Towels weren't replaced daily, which isn't ideal if you're looking for a refreshed room. Plus, the breakfast options felt repetitive with limited hot items available, especially for vegetarians, which left me wanting more variety. Getting to the beach required a bit of a trek-it's definitely more than just a quick stroll. Lastly, the indoor pool's restricted access hours were a bummer, as I hoped for more flexibility to unwind.

Your swimming area is excellent and the situation of the hotel is superb
Hotel was understaffed. It was quite evident in the eating areas. Lack of proper air conditioning in the bedroom etc.

I spent 4 nights here for a wedding nearby and found some aspects to enjoy. The indoor pool and sauna facilities were impressive and provided a nice relaxation spot after busy wedding events. The breakfast selection was as expected, offering a variety of standard options. I was disappointed to discover mould near the balcony and the insufficient cleaning during my stay. towels weren't replaced every day. it felt like the hotel could use some refinement in maintenance.

We had a car and used the hotel as a base to visit local theme parks - Zoomarine and Aqualand. Did not use hotel facilities much apart from breakfast and one evening meal both of which were good. It seemed a quiet location. We have two young children and were given adjoining rooms but accessed through a single locked door which solved what is often a problem when staying in a hotel with two young children.
